What a wonderful discovery, at such a convenient spot too! There's a wide selection of sake to be had here, including affordable options (there were a few going for $39 per bottle) and tasting flights! Food-wise, we only had the 3 types of bread, which were disappointingly small but VERY delicious.

New and nice sake hangout @ 313.. very reasonably priced sake and nice cosy ambience! 2nd visit since their opening. Was served by JP during my first visit and had a really enjoyable dining experience. He is very friendly and efficient! Japanese owned restaurant. Sake is very good with plenty of selection. Japanese pork cutlet is really good and tasty! Salmon is fresh and moist! All in all a very happy customer! Looking forward to the nice one! Cheers!!! :)

If you’re in rush and cannot commit at least an hour or two to Sake+, you may be very disappointed. You see, Sake+ is first and foremost a sake bar, as honestly indicated in its name. Authenticity and variety abound in its sake selection, boasting semi-sweet and super dry rice wines, some with the most delightful complexity. A modest but cleverly styled collection of cocktails and mocktails completes a drink list that almost anyone can find something to revel in. Understandably, its food menu has to be limited and a rush in food orders is likely to slow down the kitchen and service. Yet, the quality of food is not lacking. Care is taken to start with fresh produce and finish with a balance of textures, flavours and aromas. Being vegan seriously limited my options but I highly recommend a selection of dainty buns using natural yeast (paired with a beautiful olive oil) as well as their scrumptious deep-fried sweet potato surprised with their ability to bring out the best in some of the sakes. If the kitchen isn’t overwhelmed, some noodle dishes can be adapted for vegans, as was my amatriciana pasta. Servers San and Jie Ping were attentive and Manager/Chef Ito-San was most helpful in this respect. Those who don’t have dietary limits can have their pick from among more than 50 food items. My friend and I spent 5 hours there, sipped on more than 1.2 litres of sake and ordered several nibble-worthy munchies. Servings are less than substantial but always well prepared. Our bill came in under $200 but we left happy and pleasantly satisfied. I look forward to returning before too long.

$17 CHIRASHI DON?! With generous slices and a variety of sashimi, it’s a steal! I was also very impressed by their Whitebait Perilla Anchovies Pasta ($18), which was full of flavour with capers and tomato. I would go back just for the pasta. But I feel food is quite subjective because although I loved it, dad didn’t enjoy it. The Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Steak ($39, 120g) came with potato wedges and side salad. Doneness was perfect and the meat was well marbled. I wished the Yellowtail Crudo ($17) with Yuzu dressing was served first rather than after all the main courses. Overall, it was amazing how the chef took our orders and prepared everything promptly on his own. We didn’t have to wait long for our dishes to be served.

Starts from $1,000
