Cancellation Policy by The Venue

We understand that sometimes events need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

If you cancel your reservation between 15-30 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before the event date, you will forfeit your entire deposit.

In addition, if you need to reschedule your event, we will work with you to find an alternative date that works for both parties. However, if you reschedule your event less than 15 days before the original event date, you may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
