Re-defined with a stellar cast of craft cocktails conceptualized by a dedicated mixology team, Bar Intermezzo showcases unique house-made tinctures and infusions of ingredients such as fresh tropical fruit and exotic spices in its new lineup of cocktails.
Each cocktail celebrates Orchard district’s historical cash crop plantations yielding produce such as nutmeg, pineapple and gambier.
