Executive Chef Marvas Ng’s inaugural restaurant launched in partnership with 1855 F&B, Path is a contemporary Singapore restaurant that presents the heartwarming familiarity of East Asian flavours, elevated with French finesse, and layered with strong personal style and inspirations. Set menu ($128). Excellent produce, dishes, and cooking. Good service. Memories (Aubergine "Sphere", Abacus Seed "Skewer", Lamb "Beignet") - Not bad. Wagyu Beef Tartare - Not bad. Smoked quail egg and mix of leaves on the tartare. Petuna Ocean Trout - Good contrast of the sour plum vinaigrette , citrus and apple sauce with the ocean trout. Pork Collagen Bone Broth - Excellent. Thick, rich soup. The pork cartilage, Iberico ham, and guanciale went well with it. BBQ South African Abalone - Excellent. Tender abalone. Good flavour. The gingko, dried scallop, seaweed, and small portion of porridge went well with it. Canton Style Steamed Coral Trout - Excellent. The coral trout was fresh, firm, and chunky. The chai por and ginger scallion went well with it. Heirloom Tomato - ok but the sorbet melted too easily. Madeleine - Excellent. Large, warm and firm with brown sugar flavour.

One of the best fine dining experience ive been in sg. Chef marvas twist on abacus seed and rou Jia mo was a stroke of genius. Amazing service and great wine list! Can’t wait to try their next menu!

Always wanted to try this restaurant. Glad that they have vegetarian set menu for dinner available. The team tried hard to deliver a fine dining like experience. Food is pretty decent for the price that you pay for.

Not your everyday taste of food. The cooking style and taste is very unique. Very nice plating and presentation. We absolutely love every dish that we have order for our lunch menu. Would definitely comes back to check out the dinner menu. Service staff is attentive. Price reasonable for food quality, location, ambience and service. 👍
