From 24th of April, the limit for marriage solemnisations is to increase to 250 pax and for B2B events to 750 pax if pre-event testing is carried out.

Held a wedding solemnisation event on the 27 Nov 2020. Qanvast provided a simple and intimate setting for our guests. Many of our guests have also feedback that it was a very cozy environment and that they had a great experience there. The place has an open concept surrounded by transparent glass and is ideal for small events. I had about 30+ guests attending my event and the space (with safe distancing measures) was comfortable enough for our guests. Staff are very friendly and very responsive to all our needs. They were also very helpful in setting up the location before hand for us. They constantly kept us involved in the update of any changes and went the extra mile to source for a white cloth (for decoration). They were also very flexible in providing extra setup and tear down time. They were also very accommodating in us viewing the site for a couple of times. The genuineness of the staff made it easy for us work with them and we are very thankful for their services. The amenities provided were also very sufficient. Projector was in good working condition and HDMI cables were provided. The tables and chairs were also in good condition for guests to sit on. The blinds that were provided were also flexible enough to block out enough sunlight for our solemnisation area. The track lightning in Qanvast were also able to provide sufficient light for all our guests and kept the area well lit. The marble counter had everything we needed from bottled water to a iMac which we could play music out from proved very useful. Wifi was also strong and the connection was good as i was able to host a Kahoot game without any issue. Speakers that were wirelessly hooked up to microphones were also provided and were working well. Overall we were very satisfied with the location and had a successful wedding solemnisation. Would recommend those who are looking to hold small personal events to consider this place! :)
