Available booking times are from 10.00 am to 05.00 pm.

A. Booking rates includes:

1. Venue rental

2. Usage of tv screens, audio system with mic,  home entertainment system, Netflix and chill, boardgames

3. Free flow distilled water, coffee, tea and biscuits

4. 30% off O3 Menu (only applies during the duration of booking)

B. Additional fees and services:

1. Cleaning fee per booking

One Room - $100

Entire venue - $200

(Only for parties and no confetti allowed, not applicable to meetings)

2. Catering options available only through O3. Kindly enquire if required.

3. Service staff on duty if required, a minimum booking of 2 staff is required at $25/hr with a minimum of 2 hours for each staff.

4. If you wish to continue using our space for drinks and etc., you can buy out ONE room with a minimum spending.

10% service charge applies and subjected to availability

Security deposit of $500 is needed.

Cancellation Policy by The Venue

  • Terms & Conditions for renting our space at O3:


    Thank you for choosing to rent our private event space at O3. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis of our rental agreement. By proceeding with the rental, you agree to abide by these terms and ensure a seamless event experience for all parties involved. 


    1. The quotation is valid for 2023.


    1. All rates will be subjected to 10% service charge.


    1. Outside food are allowed, you may order drinks from our menu at a discounted price. You may also choose from our menu or let us know any special request and dietary restrictions.  We can also provide and specially curated menu arranged by O3 vendors and chef.


    1. Reservation and payment

    • To secure your event space, 50% of the booking fee is required upon reservation. The remaining balance and security deposit is due 7 days before the event date. 

    • Payment can be made via Paynow or bank transfer

    • In case of cancellation, the deposit amount will not be refunded. 


    1. Event space usage:

    • The event space is to be used strictly for the purpose specified during the reservation process. 

    • Any changes to the event details, including the number of attendees, must be communicated to us 14 days prior to the event.


    1. Duration of the rental:

    • The booking duration is limited to a minimum of 2 hours.  

    • The rental period with be specified in the reservation confirmation. 

    • Overtime usage beyond the agreed-upon rental period may be subject to additional charges.


    1. Security deposit:

    • A security deposit of $500 is required before the event. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of these terms and conditions. 


    1. Event insurance

    • The event organiser is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage to protect again any liability or damages that may arise during the event. 


    1. Compliance with Laws:

    • All applicable laws, regulations, and permits must be followed during the event, including fire safety codes, capacity restrictions, and noise ordinances.


    1. Cleanliness and Damages:

    • The event organizer is responsible for leaving the event space in the same condition as it was received.

    • Any damages to the event space, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the event organizer and deducted from the security deposit.


    1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Free cancellation if cancelled within 30 days

    • 50% refund if cancelled 2 weeks before the event date

    • Non-refundable if cancelled within the week of the event date.

    • In the unlikely event that the event space becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the event space provider will refund the full rental fee.


    1. Indemnification:

    • The event organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event space provider from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the event.


    1. Force Majeure:

    • Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.


    1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    • This rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

    • By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
